THE EXPERIENCE
The Clip ‘n Climb experience includes a 30 minute introduction, harness fitting and safety briefing then a full 55 minutes climbing, finally 5 minutes to remove harness and exit the arena.
Please note the time you book is the time your safety briefing will start.
Step One
Book through our online booking system and make payment. Please note the time you select is the time your briefing will start.
Step Three
Duration: 30 Mins
Your briefing session will start, you’ll be harnessed up and one of our instructors will talk you through the safety information.
Step Two
Duration: 10 Mins
Arrive 10 mins before your booked session to ensure we have enough time to check you in. We no longer provide waiver forms at reception as you will have acknowledged the waiver with the on line booking process.
Step Four
Duration: 60 Mins
Time to Clip ‘n Climb – you will have a full 55 minutes in the climbing arena, then 5 minutes to de-brief and remove harness.
Step Five
Duration: As long as you like…
Refuel and relax with some delicious food and drink in The Summit Café.
Things to Consider:
Pre-booking of your Clip ‘n Climb session is highly recommended as our sessions fill up quickly.
Loose fitting clothes and trainers are recommended.
Only closed toe shoes are allowed. For safety reasons, we cannot allow sandals, flip flops or CROCS into the Clip ‘n Climb Arena.
Please keep jewellery to a minimum.
Weight Restrictions – The minimum weight you have to be is 10kg and the maximum weight restriction is 150kg. This is to allow the Auto Belay to function safely.
Please ensure you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your booked session to enable us to sign you in. Your briefing starts at the time slot you have booked.

Cancellation Policies:
For standard climbing bookings you can cancel or amend your booking up to 48hrs in advance of your booking date.
For exclusive Climbing Sessions / Party Bookings / Corporate Events / you can cancel your booking upto 5 days in advance of your booked date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if less notice is given.
